Dr. Maureen Condic (B.A. University of Chicago; Ph.D., University of California, Berkeley) is the Associate Professor of Neurobiology and Anatomy at the University of Utah and has been an expert witness on stem cell research for Congress and several state legislatures in addition for the 2006 Missouri ballot measure on cloning.

Dr. Condic will be an expert witness at a November 9 hearing in the Nebraska Legislatrue involving cloning to produce human embryos that would be destroyed for stem cell research.
